Ok day, went to see the smurfs and had popcorn. Was able to get in a decent bench press workout and mobility work while my daughter was in gymnastics. Flat, incline and decline bench. 5x5 of each. Mobility work on my back, back still tweaked, but I feel better each day. Will try the wod tomorrow.
